After-delivery policy

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges after delivery. We do not offer a sleep trial for The Sunday Hug. Please review each product’s dimensions, features, compatibility and other details before ordering.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement. Contact Sunday Snuggles as soon as possible on WhatsApp at 78 845 972, with your order number and clear photos or video. Please keep the item and packaging.

Cancellations and approved refunds

Orders may be cancelled before delivery by messaging 78 845 972. If the order has already been handed to the courier, contact us immediately and do not accept the parcel. After delivery, the rules above apply.

Refunds, when required or approved, are handled directly with the customer because orders are paid by cash on delivery.
